Nice apartment but with some challenges

Great location. Quite spacious. Comfy sofa. Nice bedroom. Bathrooms fine. Good communication with letting agent. We enjoyed our stay here

Needs a bit of tlc. The second bedroom isn’t really a bedroom. Substantial building works underway in the alley - occasionally noisy. Open staircases to roof could be challenging with young children. Shame there is a charge for a cot.

Great, and quiet, location near the centre of town.

The flat need some maintenance, Shower needs secured, some lights need new bulbs, And just a bit of TLC around the flat.
