    Warm and convenient.

    Great communication with owner. Clean and warm.

    Would benefit from a few more cutlery and crockery and bedside lights.

    Location was great, beds were good. Roomy.

    Lounge suite wasn't great and oven dish was dirty, needed to wash it. Outside door light didn't work and needed pegs for the clothesline.

    Nice relaxing stay at a time when Dunedin was booked out and hotels were trying to rip people off.

    Excellent property and felt just like a home. Had everything we needed and it was very easy to heat. Showers had excellent pressure.

    Might have to look at that fence at the back door as it is down and privacy can be an issue. Just check the floor by the back door as i think it will need some work very soon.

    Good handy spot, could have been quieter and darker for sleep.

    Handy location and spacious

    Quite a lot of street noise and bedrooms not particularly dark. Took a while to warm up the place
