Very clean and nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff
Super clean and recently renovated rooms! Great prices and very convenient to airport.
Location is a bit sketchy, I walked to the convenience store nearby after dark and I wouldn’t recommend doing that as a single woman.

Basic, No-Frills Lodging
Basic, no-frills budget lodging close to the main highway in Medford. Main plus was the price and that it is easy to access from Interstate 5. Room was clean and the bed was fine.
Very noisy. Both nights the people staying in the adjacent room turned on their TV at 4:00 am and woke us up (TVs hang on the wall making noise transmission inevitable). The room relies on a wall unit for heating and cooling but it was placed under a curtain so when you turned it on the curtain billowed out into the room. We tried the heat and clearly the filters hadn't been cleaned for a while because the air flow smelled like burnt dust. So we made do without heat. The night manager doesn't speak English very well and when we had to call Booking.com to sort out the reservation they had to call someone else on a cellphone for a 3-way conversation holding phones against phones. The surrounding neighborhood is commercial and not particularly walkable. In short, fine for a night or two but definitely not a destination stay.
