Nice accomodation with highly responsive and helpful manager.

Disappointed that washing machine, wifi and TV (wifi dependent) didn't work. Home was quite cold (14C) and heat couldn't be turned on due to an Italian ordinance. Large bed was hard, very squeaky, and uncomfortable. Road closures made it a 1.5 hour drive to get back to Como. Since there is no dishwasher, we washed dishes and utensiles before and after use as we weren't sure how well they were hand washed. The charge if dishes are not cleaned indicates tenants are responsible for cleaning.
