Beautiful Villa, but Serious Maintenance and Safety Issues

The villa is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully designed. The swimming pool and garden were excellent and made the stay enjoyable. The location is peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were polite and pleasant to communicate with.

We found what appeared to be bed bugs in one of the beds, which was very concerning. The overall cleanliness was below expectations. Although the hosts arranged another cleaning, the hygiene issues were not fully resolved. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay, and there was no internet at all on the last day. Mobile phone coverage was also very poor. The water supply kept stopping, and we had to reset the water pump several times a day. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen. We had several safety concerns, including exposed electrical wiring inside the villa and a broken drain cover outside that could pose a risk to guests and vehicles. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and provided no proper support, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Прекрасная территория, ухоженный садик. Много пространства. Много комнат для размещения. Все прекрасно.
