  Nice but not asrelaxing as promised.

  A modern looking apartment. Nicely decorated. The view from the double bedroom was pretty nice with views of the marina .

  Not very relaxing. Neighbours are noisy (3am phone calls) and you can hear the music from the marina very well! In the property the water pressure wasn’t great and the shower didn’t work in the way it should. The lift didn’t work for several days - definitely something to consider if you have mobility or accessibility issues. The owners were quick to respond when I called though. There were asp a lot of rats outside the property. One thing to note is there is LOTS of parking but it’s chargeable at £8 per 24hrs.

  Lovely apartment with a well equiped kitchen. We had a late checkout and the cleaner arrived as we were leaving and offered to help with our bags. Doorbell on first part of arrival instructions didnt seem to be working, however another resident let us in and rest of instructions were easy to follow.

  Fans were provide but the hestwave made the flat very hot. Lift was not working for the majority of the stay and it was a long way to the 6th floor.

  Other than the issue with the lift, for me personally everything was excellent.

  The location was excellant, all within easy walking distance to local shops, restuarants and bars around ocean village.

  Perfeita!

  Estava tudo perfeito! Tudo limpo e organizado. A cozinha bem equipada. Com certeza voltaria.

  Uma única coisa, que eles disponibilizam apenas uma chave, caso estejam em dois ou mais. E o interfone nao funciona, ou seja a outra pessoa tem que descer para abrir caso saiam separados. No mas, tudo perfeito

  A localização para o nosso objetivo era perfeita, o apartamento era confortável. A Internet funcionava muito bem.

  A claridade no quarto. Não tem praticamente nenhuma proteção da luz, pelo que às 5h da manhã era completamente de dia no quarto. É um pormenor fácil de resolver, mas que foi o mais desconfortável da estadia e já anteriormente havia comentários relacionados com isso. Convém mudar. Apartamento quente, tem ventoinhas, mas acredito que no verão seja um bocado quente demais, mas é só uma suposição porque não estive lá no verão. A cadeira do escritório também precisa urgentemente de ser substituída. A pressão da agua no chuveiro é muito fraquinha. Podia haver mais algum cuidado com os hóspedes, alugámos o apartamento por 1 semana e tivemos de oferta 2 garrafas de água no frigorífico, alem da comunicação que foi muito escassa. Acho que poderiam ter outro cuidado com os hóspedes porque o espaço é bastante interessante, faltam apenas pequenos detalhes e cuidados. Apesar destes aspetos que refiro, a estadia foi confortável, tirando a claridade de manhã. Têm mesmo de resolver isso.
