    Appartement très lumineux, spacieux, fonctionnel et confortable. Environnement très calme, dans un quartier résidentiel. A 10 mn à pied de la place Kvaternikov avec de nombreux commerces et à 30 mn à pied (ou 10 mn en transport) de la place principale Jelacic.

    Appartement au 2e étage, sous les toits, donc un peu chaud malgré la climatisation. Remarque : pas de rampe ni de lumière dans la cage d'escalier.
