    Keine professionelle Betreuung der Unterkunft

    Vorab - die Lage ist ok - fussläufig zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle - PIN Code Info für den Zutritt zur Unterkunft problemlos erhalten - Tiefgaragenplatz ok - das Bad dürfte neu sein - ansprechendster Raum in der Unterkunft

    Die Unterkunft macht einen schnuddeligen und unsauberen Eindruck. Kritikpunkte: - Wände schmutzig - Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher sowie Seifenspender unsauber - Alter -2023- Kulinarikführer - Deco staubig - Palmzweige plus getrocknete Blumen in der Vase - Putzutensilien auf dem Balkon gelagert - Bad mit Waschmaschine und Trockner wird offensichtlich als Waschraum für die Unterkünfte benützt (Waschmaschine mit Schloß abgesperrt) - minderwertige Bettwäsche aus Synthetik - keine Baumwolle oder Baumwolle Mischgewebe - Sofa alt und durchgesessen - Tiefgarage permanent offen - d.h. Zugang zu den Unterkünften für jedermann allezeit möglich!

    Nov,komforan apartman sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Kako stoji u ponudi i na slikama,tako je i u stvarnosti. Lokacija dobra,u mirnom kraju,uz cvrkut prica i među drvećem i lepim dvorištem. Velika i prostrana terasa. Grejanje podno za deset. Garaža podzemna,sigurna i odmah sa glavne ulice.

    Nemam primedbe.
