Very nice and lovely suites. Host, Guido, is amazing!!! Suites are very cozy and positioned in a perfect location - everything is easily accessible. Near apartments located nice pier where it is very nice to seat in the evening/night, observe boats and calm water, and drink wine. Very recommend – perfect quality for the price.

Our 1st trip to Venice & we couldn't have picked a better place to stay ❤️ great location comfortable & terrific hosts who made regular contact & explained how best to reach them & personally met us at the water bus & escorted us back. Staying here near the Rialto bridge made navigating Venice a lot easier than expected.
