An Outstanding Hotel Experience - Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful three-day stay at Hotel Albatros in Cavtat, and we would like to express our special thanks to Vinka at the reception and Antonio, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They took care of every detail to ensure we had the perfect holiday, upgraded our rooms, and arranged complimentary fruit and champagne in our rooms as a lovely surprise. Even on our departure day, they went out of their way to assist us, knowing that we had a late-night flight. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with stunning views of the beautiful blue sea from the balconies. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the pillow menu is a thoughtful touch that allows guests to choose the perfect pillow for a good night's sleep. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-equipped, including coffee-making facilities and all the essentials for a relaxing holiday. The dining experience was excellent, with a wonderful selection of food available throughout the day. The all-inclusive concept was a very pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed three fantastic days at this hotel and will definitely return! A heartfelt thank you to Vinka and Antonio for your outstanding dedication, kindness, and professionalism. You are truly invaluable assets to this hotel and play a huge role in creating such a memorable guest experience. Keep up the fantastic work!
