Stayed here before because of location, staff, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.
Location is perfect for access to Ginza line and Tokyo station. Comfortable beds. Good toiletries. Great staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. We have stayed here before.
Very small room and the massage chair takes up too much of the space.

החדר זעיר. אפילו במושגי יפן - זה היה החדר הכי קטן שהיינו בו בטיול של חודש וכ-12 מלונות שונים. אני ואשתי כמעט טיפסנו אחד לשנייה על הרגליים מרוב שהחדר קטן. אין שום מקום להוציא בגדים מהמזוודות. החדר מתאים למטייל בודד שבא עם טרולי, לא לזוג בטיול ארוך שמצויד בשתי מזוודות וטרולי. בדיעבד, אם הייתי יודע שככה יהיה, לא הייתי שוכר את המלון הזה - גודל החדר ממש פוסל אותו מבחינתי וזה גם לקח לעתיד. בחדר יש כסא מאסאז'. זה משהו שלא מתאים לנו ובקשה לסלקו נתקלה בסירוב מנומס (זה די ברור - אין להם לאן להעביר אותו) אז הכסא הזה תפס שטח יקר שגם ככה היה מאוד מצומצם. המיטה הזוגית (הנוחה) הייתה צמודה לקיר.
