    Great location, comfy beds, big room

    Really nice hotel, perfect area for the main city attractions, big room, big bathroom and nice view of the forbidden city from the bath.

    Booking.coms write up says a jacuzzi in the room.. this is INCORRECT, hotel offered free breakfast for the length of my stay because of the error .

    Anticipatory service is something to work on and of course English speaking staff.

    Good location, spacious rooms, pool and gym on different floors and you need to wear a swimming cap :) rooms are old, but hotel tries to maintain it in good shape. The concierge team are doing great Roic, Tom - they did help a lot.

    Staff do not speak English, that was weird given the Marriott brand hotel. We took the room with club floor access, staff was useless, they could not understand simple order for omlet with cheese, used translator to get the order. While meal they didn’t clean the tables, we remove it ourselves, although there were 4 staff in the lounge. Overall club lounge is nice with panoramic view, they serve breakfast from 6:30 to 10.30 and dinner from 17.30 to 19.30, food is ok, not a big choice but cost it’s money.
