    AWFUL customer service!

    Awful customer service at this hotel. Staff at the reception has no clue what they are doing. Due to a fault from their side, my personal card was charged for expenses that should have been put on my company card. I never authorized this payment: resulted in me having to block my credit card. Was also charged twice for lobby bar bill. Staff and hotel management is negligent, does not respond to calls of emails. Reached out to manager Jezlin countless of times without response. Through Bonvoy I was promised hotel management would reach out, but they never did. AWFUL experience, I do NOT recommend. Do not leave your card info on file here, they will charge without your authorization.
