    Try to avoid CA if you can, sadly, if everything is priced a la carte like this and very high.

    Perfectly fine facility. They gave us a bottle of water at registration.

    Outrageous prices for unexpected charges. Parking, for example, at nearly $50/night or nearly $70/night if you use the "valet" service (which takes your car all the across the street to an open lot...ridiculous). WiFi for $18 or something unless you're a member of some reward program. Breakfast was not included in the price - I had thought it was but I was mistaken. I think the breakfast buffet was $38 or so. There was nothing special about it except the price. It was fine, don't get me wrong. But nothing special, especially for $38.

    Disappointed.

    Friendly and helpful staff.

    The AC in our room was not working and it was 78 degrees. The fan was broken and no cool air. I reported the issues and they sent maintenance, who confirmed it was broken. Also, I was double billed for room service and have yet to get the issue resolved!

    Newport Beach Film festival stay

    The presentation of the facility is very nice, kind of big but it's a conference center so I guess that's to be expected.

    The distance from the parking lot to the lobby. If you're tired, just be aware. My room also had several electrical outlets that weren't working. Also, my room was not the most spacious. But very clean.

    We would stay her again.

    The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly.

    It was a bit farther from the beach than we expected.
