The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the name of the guest staying at the property. - Extra bed is available upon request for an additional charge of THB 1,900 net per child/person, per night. Un superbe hôtel, avec une villa magnifique, un personnel très attentionné
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel absolument superbe. Le cadre est magnifique et notre villa était tout simplement splendide, très confortable et parfaitement aménagée. Le personnel a été particulièrement attentionné, chaleureux et professionnel tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre l’expérience très agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, très varié, avec des produits de qualité et un large choix pour tous les goûts. La présence de trois restaurants au sein de l’hôtel est également un vrai plus : leur diversité permet de varier les plaisirs sans avoir à quitter l’établissement. Une très belle expérience dans un cadre exceptionnel, que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Nous avons notamment regretté l’absence de table à langer dans les toilettes des espaces communs, notamment près des restaurants et de la piscine, ce qui n’est pas très pratique lorsque l’on voyage avec un bébé. Autre point surprenant : il n’était pas possible de régler avec une carte de débit, uniquement avec une carte de crédit. Cela nous a conduits à devoir acheter un crédit auprès de l’hôtel, à choisir en une seule fois à l’avance, ce qui manque un peu de flexibilité. Nous avons également eu quelques moustiques dans la villa. Par ailleurs, après avoir fonctionné toute la nuit, la climatisation avait tendance à générer beaucoup d’humidité et à rendre le sol glissant le matin, ce qui mériterait d’être vérifié. Enfin, un élément à avoir en tête pour les voyageurs venant en août : lors de notre séjour, la mer n’était quasiment pas praticable en raison de vagues très importantes et le drapeau rouge était affiché tous les jours. Ce n’est évidemment pas du ressort de l’hôtel, mais c’est bon à savoir si l’accès à la mer est un critère important du séjour.

No stay, need refund
They could not find booking. Had to go to another resort
Booking was not found at check in. Had to book another resort. Complained but said it was a no show. Hope this doesnt happen much.should get some refund for services not used even though arrived at location
