    Great location. Hotel was good and staff great

    Not the best as we were anxious over the standard over the rm. we expected better.

    Location was excellent, close to everything. Room not up to scratch. Air conditioner very noisy.

    The bathrooms were dreadful. Our first rm 407 was not up to standards. Shower over a bath should have a railing. Very dangerous if someone slipped & fell. I’m older & needed support. Vent in side bath was broken & looked dreadful. We were alarmed to find we had cockroaches running around. Rusty hinges on shower screen. Wanted to upgrade but hotel booked out, offered another rm 309 better presented but same problem with bathroom. Fittings in room poorly finished off such as ac vent. AC very noisy and clunked when changing modes.
