Hea asukoht. Mõnus hoov. Korter oli puhas, mugav, vaikne. Kõige tähtsam, oli olemas korralik ventilatsioon.

Elamine oli mõnus hubane. Väga meeldis köögis laua kohal olev lambike, see andis õhtutundidel ülimõnusa vibe veinitamise kõrvale. Magamistoas, mis oli vaatega hoovi poole, oli ülimõnus kattemadrats, pole nii mugavas voodis tükkaega maganud.
Laste mänguasjade hulgas oli kiikhobune, mille kolm jalga olid raami küljest lahti, ehk kiikudes tulid jalad lahti ning kiikhobune muutus pigem ohtlikuks.
