Firstly, if it's a French word, it must be spelt as renommée. Secondly, renome means, in fact, "reputation" in Russian.
Anyway, we had a great experience during our overnight stay there in late August. Its benefits and drawbacks are thoroughly and impartially covered in the English reviews here, so I'd simply like to add that the staff is helpful and professional, the breakfast is delicious and creative, and the rooms are tidy and well-maintained. On the other hand, the welcome area has several (!) pretty steep stairs that one must conquer with the luggage in one's hands, particularly if one enters the building from the parking lot in the inner yard, since the hotel does not offer any porter service. It seems to be the only significant snag we faced, however. A lovely place to spend a night or two. There's a fantastic gourmet restaurant in the vicinity called Forest. Try not to miss it!

Nice hotel with nice bedrooms
We stay at this hotel during our trip across Siberia. Yekaterinbourg is a nice modern city and the Renommé hotel is very well situated, just in front of a pleasant park and near a big mall where you can find a lot of restaurantes. Bedrooms are nice but it is better to ask for one on de back side of the building.
