    Some things in the apartment

    Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the experience was highly problematic, and I encountered the following serious issues: 1. Incorrect Address: The address provided on your website was inaccurate. When using the address provided, I was directed to the wrong location. As a result, I spent over five hours searching for the property and was only able to locate it at 02:00 AM with the assistance of the police in Athens. This caused me unnecessary distress and an additional cost of over 50 Euros in transport fees. 2. Poor Bathroom Facilities: The bathroom was in very poor condition. The shower/plumbing setup was entirely unusable, making it impossible to shower comfortably whether standing or sitting. 3. Damaged Amenities: The iron provided was in a deplorable state; it had residue of burnt clothing on it, and the ironing board itself was also scorched and damaged. I have documented all of these issues with photographs and am prepared to provide them as evidence. Given these circumstances, I request that you investigate this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the damages and extra expenses I incurred. I look forward to your prompt response.
