La proprete, l'equipement et l'acce au logement.
La boxe difficile a ouvrir, la temperature de l'appartement etait froide. L'emplacement du logement ne correspond pas du tout a celui que j'avais choisi.

El apartamento estaba bonito y amplio, le hacía falta un limpieza un poquito más profunda por qué la verdad hay zonas que se ve que nunca las limpian.
La zona en la que está localizado parece un barrio peligrozo, estuve dos noches y la verdad pase mucho miedo, bajo al lado del apartamento se ponen todas las noches 2 hombres a vender cosas ilegales y se ve perfectamente como llega gente peligrosa a comprar. Me fui de madrugada al aeropuerto y la verdad si pasé miedo mientras cargaba las maletas hacía el coche. Luego la cama no es una cama apta para descansar después de estar todo el día turistiando.

Nice and clean with all kitchen amenities We stayed for 3 days and soaps and toilet paper was less. We contacted the owner and it was promptly provided. 496 bus stop infront of the apartment so it convenient
The key to the main door was not smooth and we struggled to get in one night. Also it an uphill road from Brussels zuid station so walking with luggage is not recommended.

Simple solid practical flat in a good location - easy to reach station, neighbourhood and centre
Simple, functional flat in a practical location between Gare du Midi and St Gilles. Quite new furniture with the basic needs - good bed, couch, shower, kitchen. The long stretched layout makes it feel big.
There was a strong food smell when we arrived (not from outside) which wasn't easy to get rid of. We were surprised about the first floor - from the ad the impression was it would be higher up - so no view and a bit dull impression (in the back). Balcony stool broken, coffee machine leaking - a bit surprising for a relatively new place.
