    Amazing location and staff but needs refreshing and basic amenities.

    The location was perfect for us. 5 minutes walk to the colosseum entrance.

    The appartement needs a some refreshing. Paint is marked all over, we had ants in the kitchen and living room. A few things are missing and at the price should be included. A drying cloth in the kitchen, soap for the washing machine, instructions for the wash&dry machine. We have been in multiple apartments on our trip and all have provided coffee and basic amenities for the kitchen ( coffee, oil, spices, juice etc) Don’t get me wrong we really like our stay, there’s a great coffee shop one street over, Cafe Antico, but a few improvements are needed to give it a better rating.

    Overall it was great. Thanks!

    It was clean and comfy, very quite. We could check in earlier and Alessandro was really nice.

    There were ants in the kitchen. Not a lot, but would be nice to get rid of them.
