All-in-all a great place and I would stay again!
Location was excellent. Metro and bus stop near-by, 24 hour market within 4/5-minute walk. Restaurants also around the block. Beautiful views of the colosseum from several windows. 2 balconies with chairs to take in the views. Place was well kept and host was friendly. Decent sized elevator for Europe. Note there are 5 steps from the entrance to the elevator. I also liked the fact that the driver was able to drop-off and pick-up right outside the apartment entrance. This was a big plus as I had elderly parents with me and a lot of luggage. I would stay again for sure.
Self-check in would have been nice as our host was 15 minutes late and I had elderly parents with me and were waiting outside on the sidewalk. Noisy streets in the evening while trying to sleep. I used a white noise maker with my phone, which helped. Unable to leave luggage inside the doors of the apartment building entrance so when we were leaving and waiting for our driver, we had to sit outside with all our luggage. Not a big problem, but if it were raining, it would have been a major issue as our driver was an hour late and we had already left the keys inside the apartment.

Enjoyed mornings on the deck with our coffees watching the walkers out with their dogs in the park across the street.
Superb location with a coliseum view. Very well stocked and comfortable beds.
Typical old building electrical and plumbing (some side table lighting fixtures need switches repaired and lightbulbs replaced) pretty minor, however so elegant and well maintained.

Fabulous 3bedroom apartment in an amazing location at Colloseum
The location was amazing we could see the Colloseo from numerous windows and the balcony. Communication throughout was fantastic. The apartment was spotless.

A beautiful apartment in the ideal location
The apartment was spacious and all four of us had our privacy. The location was perfect with outstanding views. Nearby restaurants were within 5 minutes walk and great value for money. The local supermarket was also ver good.
Unfortunately our transfer to the airport, which we booked via the host, did not turn up. This meant that we had to arrange two Uber's after waiting for the vehicle that didn't arrive.
