The overall experience was terrible. Spent a lot of nerves. Do not recommend.

Good location, capsule coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi.

Encountered an unpleasant situation: the bedding in the wardrobe for the sofa bed turned out to be dirty — with hair and a piece of nail. We took another set from the wardrobe, which was clean. I rented the apartment for my family, and the first impression was disgusting. I contacted the host. In response to their question "how can we make it up to you", I asked for a refund for one night out of four. Three days of correspondence, during which the host tried to convince me that nothing serious had happened. On the last day, they offered cleaning and 50% of the amount — in exchange for a rating of "10". This looked like buying a review rather than a sincere attempt at compensation. I declined the offer. Separately: when booking, they strongly asked not to pay by card due to "high commissions". When it came to compensation — they used the same card to explain the impossibility of a refund. Spent money and three days of personal time on this.

    Great quality property

The apartment was clean, organized, and looked exactly as the pictures described. The view from the terrace is splendid. The host was kind and most welcoming. Highly recommending for anyone looking to spend some quality time in Chișinău!

    There were no unpleasant aspects.
