Smooth process for a great apartment that is centrally located and still quiet and private
Great central location while being quiet and comfortable. The outdoor access was good with a fantastic view.

Echt top accommodatie goeie ligging en contact voodien met conciërge echt prima
De ligging en toch ook de rust zodra je in je appartement was.
Badkamer was niet heel groot vooral je wastafel, douche was top ondanks in bad douchen. Witten leren bankje niet echt ons ding zat niet lekker en met de warmte beetje plakkerig.

Vistas espectaculares y ubicacion privilegiada
La ubicación es imbatible. Es un ático con vistas privilegiadas, muy pocos lugares te dan una vista a la cúpula de Brunelleschi como este apartamento. Amanecer aquí es ya en sí mismo una experiencia por como te permite ver la catedral, con la luz del amanecer (o el ocaso). Este apartamento convierte algo como dormir, y hospedarse en una experiencia, y te invita a volvet al apartento para ver esas vistas con distintas luces del día y noche. Las fotos de este comentario fueron sacadas con mi movil desde la terraza. El edificio está en Plaza de la República, entre las dos cafeterías gourmet (Cafe Gili y Cafe Paszowski), y nos dio una atmósfera ideal y de buen gusto para nuestra visita a Florencia.
Mi valoración del apartamento es muy positiva. Solo tengo dos sugerencias de mejora: (1) enfatizar en la comunicación que para acceder al apartamento hay que subir escaleras, el ascensor solo te sube al quinto piso, pero luego hay que subir unas escaleras, eso no lo sabía, y cuando viajas con personas con movilidad reducida o bebes, esto se vuelve complicado, y (2) mejorar la respuesta y comunicación para prevenir problemas con el aire acondicionado y la ducha. Durante nuestra estancia algo pasó con el aire acondicionado y dejó de funcionar. El sol entra de pleno en la habitación a través del cristal de la terraza, las vistas son imbatibles, pero en Agosto, sin aire acondicionado la habitación se vuelve un horno rápidamente al salir el sol. En Agosto de 2026 ha habido varias alarmas por olas de calor, y esto es un punto de fricción alto. No conseguimos tener agua fría en la ducha, y fue algo que necesité durante mi estancia. Comuniqué lo del aire acondicionado y el agua fría, pero la sensación que tuve es que mis mensajes no fueron tomados en cuenta, o que se los consideró importantes. El apartamento es genial, por eso mejoraría este punto de la comunicación y el servicio.
