Probably not again
Very comfortable bed and a pretty good tv. Location, while not directly in the middle of the cbd, is not far away from all interesting things and directly next to a Woolworth. The gym is okay. Parking garage is also not bad.
Paper thin windows and walls. You can hear every car going past the house. Even if you are on the sixth floor. One night I had some neighbours. And they were loud talking and listening to music all night. They were luckily gone the next day. All Things in the apartment are old and some (like the sofa) are dirty and used up and should have been replaced a while ago. I just used the thicker blanket and put it over the sofa. Otherwise I would not have felt comfortable touching it. I could accept a less than stellar room. But at this price I think it should be less deteriorated.
