The staff was good but the facilities weren't.
I like the attitude of the staff which was very welcoming and helpful. The staff was courteous to provide what we asked for. They were gracious enough to give us our breakfast in our rooms and tried to facilitate as much as they could.
The pictures uploaded and advertised by the facility on their Booking.com profile page are not true or are perhaps old pictures when the facility was first prepared. The current state of affairs is dismal, to say the least. The paint from the ceiling and walls was falling off. The wall niches built for holding framed pictures were either empty or filled with tacky panaflex-printed pictures. The bed was squeaky and you could hear the mites chewing away at it from within. The sheets, pillow covers and blankets were dirty. The bathroom slippers were broken. No amenities/toiletries were placed in the bathroom. The geyser was out of order but on our complaint it was repaired the next day.
