    Nie wieder!

    Die Reservierung wurde erst durch das Hotel bestätigt. Danach wurde uns die Reservierung per Nachricht auf Booking storniert, aber nicht offiziell. Wir mussten auf unsere Seite kümmern, das Booking diesen Sachverhalt versteht. Das Hotel hat nach einem Telefonat nicht mehr mit uns gesprochen und Booking, hat das Hotel auf nicht mehr erreicht. Das ist keine Gastfreundschaft. Zum Glück konnten wir durch Booking kostenneutral umbuchen.

    La vista del sitio a la laguna muy bonita

    No encontramos ni jabón en la cocina y para lavar las cosas al usarlas no estaban limpias , sé que uno debe llevar las cosas de aseo personal pero sería bueno ese tema igual q al menos unas toallas y cosas q puede hacer mejor la estancia
