Muy rico las instalaciones y el desayuno. Todo perfecto

Tuvimos que llevar el equipaje a otra oficina para poder mandarlo por yamato a nuestro siguiente hotel

Great location, friendly staff, but poor facilities

    Location and staff

It was nearly impossible to get fresh air in the room. In a small room with four people you can easily feel that fresh air is missing. The window can only be opened 8-10 cm, thus nearly no ventilation. It was recommended to keep the extraction fan running all the time to avoid high humidity in the room. The fan was really loud and it was difficult to fall asleep while it was running

Excellent location - small room but clean and functional

Location- very close to Kyoto Station.

Room was a bit cramped for three people and luggage
