Excelente!
El departamento es muy confortable, las camas son cómodas, el mobiliario es modernos y agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, comercios muy cercanos, cerca de diferentes puntos para recorrer San Isidro y otros barrios. Todo excelente!
Si bien la ubicación es muy buena, la zona es muy ruidosa y las ventanas no aislan, por lo tanto desde la madrugada se escucha fuerte ruido de la calle.

Buena estadía, pero deficiente gestión del comprobante de pago
Excelente ubicación, alojamiento limpio, moderno y confortable. El proceso de ingreso fue sencillo y la estadía resultó muy agradable. Sin duda, una excelente opción para hospedarse.
El alojamiento es muy bonito; sin embargo, la atención postventa dejó mucho que desear. Pese a que la boleta fue solicitada oportunamente durante la ejecución de la estadía(dentro de la fecha), el personal inicialmente negó su emisión alegando que debía haberse solicitado antes de finalizar la reserva. Posteriormente indicaron que debía gestionarse mediante un canal B2B Wynhouse distinto a Booking, condición que nunca fue informada durante la reserva ni la estadía. Luego de varios reclamos, únicamente remitieron una página informativa de la reserva en lugar de una boleta de venta electrónica y, a la fecha, aún no han entregado el comprobante de pago correspondiente. La gestión fue innecesariamente complicada para un trámite que debería ser sencillo y transparente. Sigo esperando mi boleta conforme a la normativa peruana, cómo ciudadano que paga sus impuestos.

Muy buen departamento!
El equipamiento excelente, es decir las camas cómodas, toallas y sábanas impecables, utensillos y electrodomésticos de cocina muy buenos y completo. El edificio es muy lindo y tranquilo, la pileta muy linda. La ubicación es excelente.
El ruido de la calle y especialmente entre las 5 y las 9 am. Se escucha mucho los autos y las bocinas permanentes (claxon como le dicen en Perú). Realmente es llamativo y muy molesto porque no permite completar las últimas horas de sueño.
