    Die Lage , und die Wohnungen bis auf kleine Mängel

    die Schimmelflecken im Bad und das einige Räumlichkeiten bissl schmutzig waren Und der fehlende Türrahmen was vielleicht an Bau bzw. Renovierungsarbeit lag

    Promosso Zornaso, ma Residence Arvinei bocciato!

    Mancavano i servizi essenziali, che normalmente in un appartamento si trovano. Invece qui non c'erano: zucchero, olio, sale (in tutti gli appartamenti in cui siamo stati in passato, questi generi erano presenti SEMPRE!). Il wifi è sparito completamente, dopo le prime ore. Non abbiamo più avuto alcun tipo di segnale nei giorni seguenti.Bagno scomodo e fatiscente: no mensole nè ganci per appoggiare/attaccare biancheria, nè porta bicchieri per spazzolino, no presa per phon (siamo rimasti con i capelli bagnati!), tendina della doccia non impermeabile, quindi sempre zuppa d'acqua. Mobiletto e cestino del bagno rotti. Portone d'ingresso difficoltoso ad aprirsi. L'appartamento nel quale siamo stati è "in brun", quello a piano terra. Mi auguro che gli altri appartamenti siano migliori. Rispetto a quello che abbiamo pagato per 4 notti (non poco!) sicuramente ci aspettavamo di più, considerando il fatto che, anche per raggiungere qualsiasi tipo di servizio, dovevi prendere la macchina.
