    2/10

    Terrible

    1. Reception “closes” at 22:00, on a Saturday, so if we had arrived after 22:00, we would spend the night as homeless in Normandy. 2. Reception staff in a 4 star hotel that does not speak English. 3. Phone number of the hotel at the Bongo site was wrong.. 4. Rude waitress serving dinner (became almost angry when we changed our minds regarding the wine we ordered).. 5. Impossible to order hot chocolate at 18:00, because “the machine by the reception was broken”, whereas coffee machines in the dining room were working fine.

Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse. Dommage, je n’ai pas eu le temps de profiter de l’espace aqua-ludique.
