    Séjour décevant à cause de la récéptioniste, c'est fort dommage !

    Je ne mettrai aucun commentaire dans cette section suite à l'arnaque au taxi que nous avons subi.

    Nous avons demandé un taxi à la personne qui était à la récéption lors de notre séjour pour retourner à Paksé car il était impossible de trouver un taxi en ligne. Elle nous a demandé 80€ pour faire ce trajet alors que pour l'aller nous avions payé 12€ avec Green SM. Nous avons finalement négocié le trajet à 40€ car nous n'avions pas d'autres solutions. Il s'est avéré que la personne qui nous a ramené n'était pas un vrai taxi. Il est inadmissible pour cette catégorie d'hôtel d'essayer d'arnaquer ses clients !Nous avons été très déçus par cette attitude qui a gâché notre séjour.
