Suitable for guests with low expectations.
Almost 3 km from Cefalù. The bicycles provided are a big plus, as you can use them to get into town. However, be aware that there is a steep hill on the way back, which you’ll have to walk up. There is a railway nearby, so passing trains can sometimes be noisy. Another advantage is the restaurant next door. The sun loungers and table outside the room are a really nice touch.
The photos are heavily edited and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The furniture is worn and damaged, there is severe dampness and a terrible musty smell, and the accommodation is dirty. The shower drain was clogged, and the water pressure was very low – the shower probably needs replacing. The swimming pool is tiny. There was no information provided about the possibility of using the laundry facilities. The pool is only open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., which is different from the opening hours advertised on Booking.com. I am attaching photos taken at the property to show its actual condition.No instructions were provided on how to use the gas barbecue.

I wouldn't recommend that to anyone.
I was most dissatisfied with the owners and the staff. We arrived a bit early. We were right outside our room—which was already fully prepared—yet they refused to give us the entry code until 4:00 PM. Essentially, they were uncooperative and made us wait. I called several times, but no one answered. The place is right next to the railway tracks, so there is constant noise. The pool was very dirty—it was impossible to swim in it. The day was ruined.
