    Great location, disappointed after reading great reviews and not living up to expectations.

    Very comfortable beds and pillows. Shower pressure was amazing. Can walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Like that we could do hikes walking from property. When employees were at desk, they were helpful and willing to answer questions.

    Check in is late-5 pm. We had to call number on door several times because no one was there to check us in when we arrived a little after 5. Many reviews said the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious. We did not find that at all. Also, from reviews we were expecting a Mountain View and got a garden view. Apartment showed a lot of wear. Very few glassware/utensils in kitchen. Second bathroom just had a tub with no door or curtain. A clothing wash machine would be a great addition to the property. Hair dryer was a push button dryer. Upgrading it would be nice. Full length mirror would also be a great addition to rooms.
