    The apartment is located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood, which we really liked. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, microwave, and a reasonably well-equipped kitchen. The host was always available and very responsive. We especially appreciated their flexibility with our check-in time. Although I initially informed them that we would arrive later, our plans changed, and they kindly accommodated our earlier arrival. Overall, the apartment was clean, practical, and situated in a nice area.

    The main drawback is that the apartment is quite small, so space is limited, especially if you are traveling with several people. We stayed in October and were able to open the windows for ventilation, but I didn't notice any air conditioning, which might be worth considering during the warmer months. Another thing to keep in mind is the distance from central Paris. Getting to the main attractions takes some time by public transport. However, there is a bus stop approximately 3 minutes away and a metro station about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. With a little planning, getting around is manageable. Overall, these are not major issues, but they are worth considering when booking.

    Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung, länger und im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen.

    Wohnung war sehr sauber, Gastgeber war immer erreichbar.

    Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr klein für 3 Personen, Küche nur rudimentär ausgestattet. Trotz Hitzewelle weder Klimaanlage, noch Ventilator vorhanden.
