    Struttura in una posizione molto comoda al mare, fornita di solarium che dà direttamente sulla spiaggia. La struttura è molto accogliente e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento era spazioso e ben pulito fornito di tutto il necessario. Per ultimo ma non da meno noleggio bici praticamente sotto casa, con la possibilità tramite la ciclovia Adriatica di raggiungere i paesi più vicini. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca relax e accoglienza.

    Il residence si trovo fronte mare e con spiaggia pulita e sabbiosa. Vicinissimo al centro di Giulianova e Roseto degli Abruzzi .

    Purtroppo l'appartamento che ci e stato assegnato dopo aver fatto check-in non era quello vista e selto da noi dal sito di booking., ma era al piano terra vicino alla reception e soprattutto poco insonorizzato.
