Only there for 5 hours.
The property is run down and needs updating. The room appeared clean but there was a strong smell of air freshener that seemed to be for covering up smells. The external door by the parking lot did not lock.

Location was great. Breakfast was great.
The sofa bed mattress was thin and lumpy and not suitable to sleep on
