    מיקום מעולה. היינו בשבת קרוב מאד לחב"ד. מקרר גדול מיקרו גל כיריים וכלים לאוכל.

    המקלחת לא היתה נקיה היו שערות על הקיר. עשינו כביסה במכונות כביסה לאורחים. ביקשנו אסימונים לכביסה אחת ויבוש אחד. מכרו לנו כפול ולא הסכימו לקבל בחזרה את האסימונים המיותרים ולתת זיכוי.

    Our room was never cleaned during our stay. I requested additional towels, but they were never delivered, and I had to call the front desk a second time to receive them. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable. When I asked about the lack of housekeeping service, the front desk staff was unable to provide an explanation as to why our room had not been cleaned. Even after I called to complain, the room still was not cleaned the following day.

    Reasonable value, good staff

    The staff were helpful and friendly.

    The HVAC was hard to control. We had a choice of either running the HVAC and being too cold or reducing the temperature and finding the room quite stuffy.
