  Comfy, but not super clean

  The hotel is very close to Disneyland. We arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time. We were able to leave our bags and come back later in the afternoon.The breakfast had great options for everyone in our party. The room service was yummy and reasonably priced. The bathroom is a nice size and beds are comfortable.

  This was our second stay with Residence Inn. The cleanliness of our room was not great. The counter tops had left over food/film and we were only given one clean wash cloth for the kitchen for a 5 night stay. The floors also felt dirty on our feet, sticky and filmy. We were told that a pack n' play would be provided for our little one. It was so dirty and torn I had to purchase clorox wipes at CVS to clean it. The "mattress" that was supposed to be in the bottom was completely worn and hard particle board was the only form of a mattress to insert in the pack n' play. I called to let the front desk know and they were very kind and had another one sent to our room. Unfortunately, the woman who brought it was terribly rude. She stated that "all of the pack n' plays were in that condition and she would be taking the newer one back." I told her I wanted to check the mattress and switch them. The original was old, filty, worn with holes and the mattress was non existent. She was so rude and said "then, take it" I asked her to please remove the old pack N' play, because we didn't have room for it, and said no, put it in the hall. I noticed the front checkin/waiting area always had a weird smell, similar to food being left out. Other than the woman who brought up our pack n' play and the cleanliness the staff was friendly and helpful.

  Liked the rooms.

  The price for not getting anything and the breakfast was terrible.

  大変満足な旅でした。

  無料朝食も大変満足しました。 エレベーターの数も多くて待つことがほとんど無かった。 氷、水もフリーが有り助かりました。 コインランドリーも数多くて、必ず使えたのは良かったです。

  ディズニーリゾートメインで来ていたので、少し、遠かったです。 専用バスなどが有料でも有れば、文句無いです。 シャワーが弱くて、今一度、設備点検お願いしたい。

  Fun family adventure

  Comfy, spacious room with kitchenette. Everything worked. We had a quiet experience. Wonderful breakfast buffet, met our needs.

  Parking is expensive.
