The daily breakfast and hosts was very nice. The location was very convenient to VT and there was no additional charge for parking.

The guest rooms were not clean - a coffee mug was found on the floor next to the bed. The couch/pull out sleeper sofa was very dirty with food, wrappers and crumbs underneath of the bed and the throw pillows were ripped at the seams, exposing the pillow lining. Each of the utensil drawers had crumbs and several of the pots were not clean, with visible caked on food. Upon arrival to the property, the trash cans were overflowing with garbage that spilled onto the sidewalk and was not removed until the next day. On the hallways to the guest rooms, garbage remained at the entrance of the elevators for a full day before being removed. Laundry carts remained on the hall, obstructing access to the ice machine.
