we stayed there bcuz of an event near by - it was convenient

    location

worst TV ever - the TV wouldn't even come into focus - seriously only one TV for sitting area and sleeping area - that's no right we couldn't access the internet - I can't tell you how many phone calls I made about this - was never able to log in though - the evening shift were fabulous - couldn't help us enough - offered to come to the room to show us how to make coffee for example - the next day's shift was terrible - too busy to notice me perhaps - were they on their phones - I don't know - they just were't very attentive

The size of room and breakfast made everything worth it. The pool and gym need some serious work.

Breakfast was absolutely the best I've had for a complimentary and I've stayed at hundreds of places. Suite was about twice the size of similar priced rooms compared to anything else available within 30 minutes travel time to Gilette stadium booked 2 months prior to an event. The suite had a FULL kitchen. Stove, oven, FULL Size fridge / freezer, dish washer, dining room table, 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms.... Basically a small 2 bedroom apartment fully furnished. Amazing value.

Pool Area and Hot Tub definitely need work. They were under maintenance for a while before we arrived, re-opened before we arrived and on our 2nd night they were shut down again due to sharp object injury. On our first night the pool area was open but pool was very cold and the "hot tub" was luke warm. The bottom of the hot tub and pool had a bunch of sharp sandy material that seemed like concrete scrap breaking apart and the bottom of the hot tub was hard to stand on because it was so jagged and sharp. I got a cut the bottom of my foot just getting in to the hot tub. The fitness room was extremely small for the size of hotel. 2 treadmills and some free weights in a room that was maybe 150 Sq feet at most. It wasn't being used either morning we went thankfully, but if there was another guest it would have been extremely crowded, especially using the free weights. Way too small of a fitness room.

Decent stay, excellent breakfast and staff

Breakfast was fantastic and so was the staff!! Very impressed with the staff.

I think it's part of the AC unit that's in the corner locked closet.... But in the middle of the night it got extremely loud and woke me up, sounded like a plane was about to take off. Had to shut down AC altogether , it was terrible and couldn't go back to sleep.
