    Expensive and not at all restful

    The room layout was quite good

    The constant noise in the corridor and most of all from the faulty industrial sized fridge freezer in our room which kept going on and off during the night. Why do you have these things. Are people doing a weekly shop.

    Dreadful

    Computers were down and check in was absolutely terrible and long. Would never recommend anyone to stay here

    Comfortable stay, poor check-in experience.

    We had a two-bedroom suite, and the apartment itself was good. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and there was plenty of space for a family.

    We arrived at 4 PM, the check-in time, but our room was not ready. There was no apology, and we couldn’t get an answer as to when it would be ready. The staff suggested that we go for dinner and come back afterward. When we replied that it was too early for dinner, the response was just a shrug, as if it were our problem.
