    Great location for lots to do in the city of Charlotte. clean rooms, great service!

    Very upscale and nice. Great location and proximity to the event I was in town for

    Parking was a little wonky. Elevators were slowish especially after the event when there was a rush to go back to their hotel rooms. But, that is to be expected.

    Desk staff was very helpful. Did all they could to assist us with our parking concerns with the incompetent valet staff.

    Valet staff did not provide accurate information for both where the front desk was and giving directions for the P3 & P4 garages. Family ended up at ALOFT hotel elevators and was told they would have to re-load car and drive to the correct parking area. I heard other guests complaining about same issues. This is a very bad look. Ended up speaking with the Valet Mgr once I checked out.
