    Ok

    Was in room 214. View outside was of air conditioner units. Made extra noise at night made it hard to sleep in the bedroom.

    Disappointed

    Pool was clean. Surroundings were beautiful.

    The toilet water was continuously running causing a loud running water sound - it didn't get better after flushing. Secondly- after a long day when I got into bed, I see the bedsheets USED with stains on them. I call the front desk and they said that I could come and collect new sheets from the front. Understandable - that after hrs the front desk cannot leave their place and also, they had guests at the front desk. But from a guest's standpoint who paid for a room - the basic cleanliness of bed linens at a Marriott hotel was unexpected and disappointing. Even the pillow covers had stains on them. I had to make the bed at midnight after a tiresome day and during a weekend that was just meant for relaxing- again not what I paid for. Finally, we get to lie down on the mattress and, it's a badly worn out mattress. Even a 2 star hotel has comfortable mattresses than this. My family and were really disappointed in the Marriott hotel standards.
