Horrible !!!!
Small
On a side road , trash all over shared parking lot with three other hotels . No where was it listed that they where remodeling , had try to fix breakfast in the hallway with guest walking by then take to your room. We came back from a outing they had made our bed and hung new towels , which that is when I found a hand towel that was filthy, looked like it had feces on it told the front desk she came and got it with gloves & bag . Then calls me back on room phone to tell me it was just a burned towel that it happens sometimes & ask if I wanted to come look that she would touch it . I know what I saw it wasn’t don’t burned !! And if that happens then way would they hang them up in a room !!!

Elizabeth is awesome!
We checked in after 11 pm and Elizabeth could not have been sweeter. We came in a day early so we booked on points the first night and then had another stay. When I came down the next day they were expecting me as she had left notes. It’s such a small thing but it was nice to not have to explain everything. Then my kids were joining us for our last night and had two rooms for them. Again, went to the desk and there was notes on the account and but the rooms next to each other. Housekeeping did a great job. Yes they are renovating but I will take great service and communication any day! Thank you to Elizabeth for your kindness and making sure we had a smooth trip.
