    Shower faucet was broken. I couldn’t shut off the hot water. I called the front desk and was told maintenance was coming. Half an hour later I called again and was told the same thing. 15 minutes later I called again said the water was still running and wanted to change rooms and I was tired of waiting. The person at the front desk should have told me that the maintenance person hadn’t even come into work yet! All 3 days we kept having to have our 3 rooms key cards reprogrammed because they stopped working T
