Great gem of a hotel with lovely staff!
Decent breakfast included and Kenneth made some great egg dishes like the Quiche etc so that was a great add on! The reception staff was kind and helpful. Brad who ran the shuttle service was a star and probably the best amenity that this hotel offers compared to any other is the free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius - great for guests coming in for events without a car! Brad also helped me bring a bag in to the conference at Duke I was attending as I had forgotten it at the hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Good wifi. Nice and clean! Only issue was there is only one elevator so sometimes during busy hours there can be a wait! Location is not central central but a 10-20 min walk to downtown central Central Area!

Great hotel with wonderful hot breakfast buffet
Wonderful breakfast included and clean, nice rooms. Many thanks to Ken who made more waffle mix when we were almost out and was so kind and helpful.

Love it here! KW outdid himself with the phenomenal breakfast. His warm and welcoming personality was the icing on the cake. Looking forward to our next visit and hope to see KW again.

Highly Recommend!!
I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, hospitable, and attentive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, every need was met, and throughout my stay I could tell that the people who work here genuinely care about what they do and about the experience of their guests. Breakfast was especially delightful and became one of the highlights of my stay. More than anything, I appreciated the hospitality of the entire staff. Being away from home can sometimes feel impersonal, but everyone here went above and beyond to create a welcoming and comfortable environment that truly made me feel cared for. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am in Durham, and I would gladly recommend this Residence Inn to others. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a positive experience!
