    The staff are fantastic but for a Marriot branded hotel corporate should be doing better to support their staff.

    The gentleman working on the front desk was a professional and pleasant.

    The breakfast could have been stocked better. The milk was out of date and it took a while for the hot food to be served.

    Disgusting!!!!!!

    Nothing. This property was absolutely disgusting! We stopped there on the way back from Florida since it was a good halfway point and close to 95. Never again! The hallway smelled like vomit. The room was absolutely gross. Stains on the tub, the rug was shredded, tiles missing, weird stains on the walls. When we attempted to sleep with our kids in the bed, my wife woke up with two bugs crawling on her. I went to the front desk to complain. The front desk put us in a different room, so I had to move my family and everything over to another room which was cleaner but still not up to par that we normally get at Residence Inns. If I was Marriott, I would shut this property down. I went to speak the GM the next morning at check out under the advisement of the front desk lady from the night before and told him what happened. He apologized and asked if we were Bonvoy members, which I told him we were. He said he would give us some extra points for our stay to make it up to us. Of course we never got them! Stay away from this disgusting property!
