Everything. Service. Staff. Room. Breakfast. Location. Local amenities. It was all spot on. Woodlands Mall is great. My kids loved it too. We will definitely be back.
Nothing. Recommend improved shower. Very slow water flow. A strong rain fall shower would just elevate the experience but still top marks from us.

I never got a room. I reserved 4 months in advance, they said it was cancelled when I came to claim the room then they said I can check in later in the day and when I came back they gave the room away. The score is a 0 because 200$ was stolen from me without a refund and they gave my room away. I will never come back and urge others to seek other arrangements I other organizations that aren’t Marriott or Hilton. I was robbed, was tried to be made stupid by staff and ultimately I had to drive back to New Mexico because no hotels were available. I reserved the hotel in so far advance to guarantee a room, instead it was taken from me, money stolen and instead of sleeping I the woodlands, I had to drive back to another state. Thank you for making me feel less than a person.
