My stay was Awesome, thanks to Sam!!!!!
Sam provided PHENOMENAL customer service!!!!! Housekeeping and the food service also did an EXCELLENT job!!! I will definitely stay in this hotel again every time I visit Mississippi.
The mattress wasn't comfortable AT ALL!!! I could feel EVERY single spring. Also, there is another gentleman who works behind the counter who isn't personable at all. I hate to make comparisons, but my family members kept asking when Sam would return because Sam was just that good. Either get the other gentleman up to speed with learning how to greet customers, or let him move on to another profession or area in the hotel that doesn't involve much interaction with people. He SHOULD NOT work at the front desk.

Dont waist your money
TERRIBLE! I would not recommend staying here for the amount they charge! I had so many bad experiences. 1: The fridge and freezer still had half eaten food from the previous guest. 2: The shower flooded into the floor only 5 minutes in, I never got to rinse off. 3: A dog obviously chewed the bathroom counter. 4: They do not offer any flavored creamer at breakfast for the coffee. The bagels were gross. The waffle maker is a disaster. 5: They had multiple light bulbs unscrewed in the room fixtures. 6: The TV channels are very basic, nothing for my 4 year old to watch at 5pm. 7: When I arrived to check in at 5pm, the person was sitting at a table with her computer. 8: When I made a complaint with customer service, the hotel closed out my case without ever contacting me. I also have videos and pictures of this terrible experience. I was charged $182 by the way! What a rip off! I was traveling across county with 2 little kids and this was the last thing I needed to deal with.
